Every morning I was pulling numbers across brands, countries, and platforms before I could start the actual work. Multi-brand, multi-geo, high pace — the data alone ate the front of my day.
So I started building a system to take that hour back. Not all at once — building everything at once is what breaks it. One workflow at a time. Every week another layer, until it's solid enough to build the next.
Here's what is already live:
- Morning Pulse — yesterday's orders in Slack, by brand, country, platform, campaign. Yesterday, 7-day, 30-day. You start the day making decisions, not pulling data.
- The 15% Investigator — any metric drops 15%+ day-over-day, an automation triggers. Breaks down the funnel by hour, channel, platform, campaign. Not panic. Diagnosis.
- The Operator Brief — one digest from Slack, Gmail, Asana, Calendar. What needs me. What can wait.
Nothing fancy. But when the data finds you instead of the other way around, the quality of your decisions changes.
Next step I'm building now: the Context Engine.
Feeding Claude the full logic behind our performance — not just the numbers. Our real CAC targets. What makes a landing page and a creative actually work. The reasoning behind the decisions. So when performance drops, it doesn't just surface it. It thinks like an operator.
Every fix gets logged back in — what broke, what we deployed, what the result was. The system learns what works and what doesn't, and gets sharper every week.
