Here's my prediction: the growth teams that win from here won't be the ones running the most campaigns. They'll be the ones running the tightest feedback loops.
The fundamentals don't change. A/B test. Scale the winners. Read the patterns. Watch the high-level data. Find what actually moves the needle. Double down. That's the job. It's always been the job.
What changes is the machine running that loop. It doesn't just save time — it sharpens execution. Every cycle compounds on the last instead of starting cold.
And it goes further. The feedback loop itself is agentic. You teach the system your best practices, your brand guidelines, and it learns. The A/B tests you run today become more valuable, and easier to execute, than any that came before them.
Most teams still keep their best practices in someone's head — the media buyer who "just knows" which angle works for which cohort, the person who remembers why a campaign got killed a year ago. That knowledge doesn't compound. It walks out the door the day they do.
A system you teach doesn't have that problem. It keeps what it learns. It gets sharper with every cycle instead of resetting to zero. And the gap between a team running that kind of loop and a team still doing it manually doesn't stay flat — it widens, cycle after cycle.
Same fundamentals. Faster loop. That's the shift.
The rise of the systems thinkers.
